You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communications between you and our team or assigned service providers.

Our Platform Guarantee states that if a verified driver booked through our platform fails to show up for a pre-arranged airport pickup, we will dispatch a backup driver within 20 minutes at no additional cost to you. This guarantee applies specifically to verified airport pickup services booked through our platform.
For other services, while we make every effort to ensure quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee the performance of independent service providers. Any disputes regarding service quality will be addressed on a case-by-case basis by our team, and we will work to find a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.

While we verify providers before listing them on our platform, we are not directly responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of any third-party provider. The services are provided by independent entities, and any claims related to the actual service delivery should be directed to the respective provider.
